Camp Biche is the physically challenging, and surprisingly decadent, week-long fitness retreat where you’ll turbo-charge the attainment of your fitness goals.

We believe that eating should bring great pleasure and that physical exercise creates bliss. You'll exercise eight hours a day, drink champagne, good local wines, an occasional cognac accompanied by a poolside cigar, while enjoying delicious portion-controlled meals that include rich cheeses, creme brulee, and chocolate mousse.
